Serves Two


  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 large banana (frozen is better if you have it)
  • ¼ cup milk (leave out for a little bit of a thicker smoothie)
  • ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice (add more ice to make the smoothie a little thicker)


1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
2. Blend until smooth and creamy
3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve

Helpful Tip
Feel free to add another splash of almond milk or more ice depending on your desired consistency. More almond milk will give you a thinner smoothie, while adding another cup of ice will make your smoothie very thick – almost like a frozen milkshake.
